Single Bedroom available in our quiet, beautiful 5-bedroom, Aptos home. 
We are a local teacher and students, cooking at home regularly, practicing art, design, outdoor activities, and spending a good amount of time in the ocean.
The home is very peaceful and backs up to Nisene Marks State Park with tons of wildlife. A quick 2-minute drive to Cabrillo College (or a 5-minute bike ride). Also a very short distance to the beach! 

We're looking for a responsible housemate who is self-aware, financially stable, clean, friendly and appreciates a predictable household. We generally get up early during school days, around 6AM and to bed between 9:30 to 10:30PM.

Bedroom - $1200/month (utilities included): 
-Approx. 11'x12' w/ very large closet
-Located on second floor with shared bathroom/shower
-Beautiful views of Nisene Marks State Park
-Wood floors

About the House: 
-5 bedroom/2.5 bath home with lots of color inside and out.
-Shared living spaces include kitchen, living & dining rooms, washer & dryer, and large beautiful backyard
-Central heating
-Large kitchen with pantry and plenty of cabinetry
-Nice natural light throughout home
-Large backyard with deck, lawn and BBQ.
-On-street parking for one car
-Resident cat. Other pets are not an option.
-Absolutely NO cigarette smoking or vaping at all.

The Financials: 
-Utilities and WiFi included (within reason)
-First month rent $1200 + $700 deposit to move in (Total $1900)
-Background check will be required
